Llevo unos días sin escribir no todos los días me siento inspirado para contar como me siento.Por lo de ahora
me paso los días escuchando música y entrando en Internet.Fui el jueves al psiquiatra y se que tiene razón de hacer mas amistades.Me viene bien relacionarme con gente nueva,que tenga problemas como yo o que padezcan alguna patología.Lo que pienso hacer es apuntarme a un curso de informática,porque con el programa de mantenimiento de edificios no me motiva mucho,necesitó cambiar un poco el chip y mirar un poco un buen futuro para mi.La verdad llevó unos días muy tranquilo como si fuera un cambio de aire positivo y me encuentro mas estabilizado.Me sigo apoyando en mi familia para lo q necesite.Que por lo que me concierta es lo mas valioso que tengo y respeto.
Hola O. Como siempre, te mando muchos ánimos. Estoy totalmente de acuerdo en que puede ser positivo que vayas haciendo amistades, aunque no tengo muy claro que tengan que ser personas con patología o sin ella. Con que sean PERSONAS con las que te sientas bien creo que es más que suficiente.

Hola O!QAue tal te va todo?Por lo que leo tienes tus momentos de altos y bajos pero eso es normal en todas las personas(yo también los tengo).Lo que más me gusta es que sales de esos momentos bajos buscando alternativas y no te quedas estancado sin soluciones.Haz ese curso de informática y verás que te sube el ánimo.Espero que un día nos visites pero antes del 31 de Dic,ya que se me termina mi contrato aquí en el psiquiátrico.
